To access the full help center:
Log into your Alma account at your school's Alma URL
Click your initials in the top right corner
Select Study Guide
Once logged in, you can search all help articles and contact our support team through chat.
Can't log in?
If you're having trouble logging into Alma, follow the steps below.
Forgot your username
Your username was included in your account activation email. If you no longer have that email, contact your school directly to get your username.
Alma cannot share or reset usernames for security reasons.
Forgot your password
Go to your school's Alma login page
Click Forgot password
Enter your username or email
Check your email for reset instructions (emails come from notifications@getalma.com)
If you don't receive an email within 15 minutes:
Check your spam folder
Verify you entered your username or email correctly
Contact your school to reset your password
Alma cannot reset passwords for security reasons.
Make sure you're using the correct school URL. Each school has its own Alma login page.
Staff members: Make sure you're logged in
If you're a staff member and can only see this article:
Log into your school's Alma account
Do not use browser extensions that block cookies
Do not use incognito or private browsing mode
These can prevent you from accessing the full help center.
